1. Agreement

By purchasing or using software from TemporalDSP (operated by J. A. Ryan), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal or professional use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software.

3. Refunds and Cancellation

We offer a 14-day refund policy for EU customers, provided the license key has not been activated or the software has not been substantially used. After activation, sales are generally final unless the software is proven defective.

4. Limitation of Liability

Important:

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall J. A. Ryan be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
